Supported bid process, reviewed addenda, responded to contractor inquiries, and coordinated pre-construction documentation and environmental surveys.

Construction

Provided resident engineering, inspection, labor compliance, RFI response, submittal review, change order negotiation, schedule and invoice review, utility coordination, and progress reporting.

Post-Construction

Managed punch list closeout, O&M manuals, commissioning, as-builts, final quantities, payment processing, and project turnover.
