Oversaw project planning, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, permitting, utility coordination, easement acquisition, and bid preparation.

Served as Resident Engineer managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, invoices, utility coordination, SWPPP compliance, HCP compliance, and project reporting.

Post-Construction
Managed project closeout including Notice of Completion, retention release, bond release, maintenance bonds, BMP compliance, and final documentation.
