Pre-Construction
Assisted with concept planning and selection of consultant team including soils engineer, surveyor, civil engineer, and stadium designer.

Construction
Served as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager, managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, invoices, stakeholder coordination, SWPPP compliance, and weekly meetings.

Post-Construction
Managed punch list completion, Notice of Completion, bond releases, maintenance bonds, BMPs, Notice of Termination, and final project closeout.
