Scope of Services

Our Role on This Project

Pre-Construction

Managed design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, constructability review, easement acquisition, utility coordination, permitting, and bid document preparation.

Construction

Served as Resident Engineer overseeing RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, invoices, soils and survey coordination, special inspections, utility coordination, SWPPP compliance, and progress meetings.

03

Post-Construction

Handled project closeout including Notice of Completion, retention release, bond release, maintenance bonds, BMP compliance, Notice of Termination, and final documentation.
