Oversaw design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, permitting, utility coordination, and bid preparation since project inception.

Construction
Served as Project Manager and Resident Engineer overseeing RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, invoices, utility coordination, SWPPP compliance, and progress meetings.
03
Post-Construction
Managed project closeout including Notice of Completion, bond release, maintenance bonds, BMP compliance, and final documentation.
