Pre-Construction

Supported design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, constructability review, utility coordination, and bid document preparation.

Construction

Provided advisory support during infrastructure construction including RFI review, submittals, change orders, schedules, invoices, utility coordination, and SWPPP compliance.

Post-Construction

Assisted with project closeout including Notice of Completion, bond release, maintenance bonds, BMP compliance, and final documentation.
